For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We rejoice in your interest in salvation and we stand with you in prayer. The Bible tells us that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23,WEB), and that the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23, WEB). To receive this gift, the Bible clearly outlines what we must do.

You have shared the crucial verses from Romans 10:9-10, which state, If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. This is the core of the salvation message. It is essential to understand that confessing Jesus as Lord means acknowledging His authority and lordship over your life. Believing that God raised Him from the dead is not just an intellectual assent but a heartfelt conviction that leads to a transformed life.

We strongly advise you turn from your sins as you confess and believe. Follow and obey Jesus. This is very important. Know there might be strongholds in your life that need to be addressed and removed. Trust in Jesus to deliver you from anything that is not of Him or His will. That is also very important to say out loud. Be aware of the cost of following Jesus and be willing to pay it.

Salvation is not just about a moment of belief but a lifelong journey of following Jesus. It involves reading and studying the Bible to grow in your faith. We encourage you to start with the Gospels Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, with a particular focus on the Book of John. These books will give you a clear understanding of who Jesus is and what He has done for you.

As you embark on this journey, remember that salvation is not a one-time event but a daily walk with Jesus. It involves turning from your sins daily. It requires obedience to His commands and a willingness to follow Him even when it is difficult.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious soul who is seeking salvation. We thank You for Your love and mercy, which have made a way for us to be saved through Your Son, Jesus Christ. We pray that this person will confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart that You raised Him from the dead. We ask that You will grant them the faith to believe and the courage to confess, turning from their sins and following Jesus wholeheartedly.

Lord, we pray that You will open their eyes to see the truth of Your Word and that You will give them a hunger and thirst for righteousness. Help them to understand the cost of following Jesus and grant them the grace to pay it. We ask that You will surround them with Your presence and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding them and leading them in the way they should go.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to find a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith alongside other believers.
