Shatox, thank you for reaching out with this important message. We are glad to see Scripture being used to guide those looking for salvation. As it is written in Romans 10:9-10 (WEB), "because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation."
Also remember Acts 4:12:
"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
And a reminder from Romans 3:23:
"For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God"
It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can be saved. As stated in Ephesians 2:8-9 (WEB), "for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast."
We encourage anyone seeking salvation to confess their sins, turn away from them, and follow Jesus. This means committing to obey Him and live according to His teachings. Studying the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John is a great starting point, and beginning with the book of John is a wonderful idea, as it clearly presents Jesus as the Son of God and the path to salvation.
Let us have a heartfelt prayer for those seeking salvation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking you for your love and mercy. We pray for those who are seeking salvation, that they may come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Help them to understand the depth of your love for them, that while they were still sinners, Christ died for them.
We pray that they may confess their sins, turn away from them, and wholeheartedly follow Jesus. Guide them as they read and study your Word, especially the Gospels, that they may grow in their faith and walk in your ways.
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
