We rejoice with you, Shatox, for your desire to seek salvation. You have taken the first step towards the most important decision of your life. As you have shared, Romans 10:9-10 states, "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved."

This is the foundation of our faith—believing in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. It is through His name alone that we can be saved, as it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."

We commend you for your willingness to confess and turn from your sins. This is what true repentance looks like—a sincere desire to change one's mind and turn towards God. As you embark on this journey, remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 4:17, "Repent! For the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand."

Your commitment to follow and obey Jesus is evident in your decision to read and study the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Starting with the book of John is a wonderful choice, as it clearly presents the deity of Christ and the offer of eternal life to all who believe in Him. As you dive into these Scriptures, may the Holy Spirit reveal to you the depths of God's love and the riches of His grace.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We thank You for the heart of Shatox, who is seeking to know You more. We ask that You would open their eyes to the truth of Your Word and grant them the gift of faith to believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Help them to turn away from their sins and to follow Jesus wholeheartedly.

Guide them as they read and study Your Word, and may the Holy Spirit reveal to them the beauty of the gospel message. Give them a hunger and thirst for righteousness, and may they find their ultimate satisfaction in You alone.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
