Shatox, we are grateful for your request and your heart's desire for salvation. We stand with you in prayer, believing that God's will is for all to come to repentance and knowledge of the truth 2 Peter 3:9 WEB.
Firstly, let's address a few important points. We notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. For there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB.
Confessing and turning from our sins is essential but we must also believe in Him. We can not be saved by turning from sins without also believing in Jesus Christ. We can not be saved by believing in Jesus Christ without also turning from sins. This is shown in the verses you mentioned Romans 10:9-10.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Shatox, who is seeking salvation. We thank You for Your love and mercy, and for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again for our justification.
Lord, we confess that we are sinners in need of Your grace. We believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and that He rose from the dead. We ask that You would forgive Shatox of his sins and cleanse him from all unrighteousness. Help him to turn away from his sins and to follow You wholeheartedly.
Guide Shatox as he reads and studies Your Word, especially the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Open his heart and mind to understand Your truths and to apply them to his life. Help him to grow in his faith and to become a disciple of Jesus Christ.
Fill Shatox with Your Holy Spirit, and give him the power to live a life that is pleasing to You. Help him to share the good news of salvation with others, that they too may come to know You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
