Shatox, we appreciate your desire to share the message of salvation, and we are with you. First, we must clarify that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ. For there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. Believing in Jesus is more than just intellectual assent; it involves confessing with the mouth and believing in the heart.
Let us pray together:
Almighty God, we come before you in the name of Jesus, thanking you for your love and mercy. We pray for all those who are seeking salvation, that they may understand that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Open their hearts to the truth. We pray that they not only confess with their mouths but also believe in their hearts that Jesus is Lord and that you raised him from the dead. Grant them the grace to turn from their sins, follow, and obey Jesus. Guide them to read and study your Word, especially the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ. We are grateful for the simple and clear guidance of the scripture:
If you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation.
Shatox, continue to share this vital message with compassion and boldness. Encourage others to read the Gospels, starting with the book of John, to learn more about Jesus and his teachings.
