For those who are looking for salvation..Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

Shatox, we are grateful for your request and your heart for those seeking salvation. We stand with you in prayer and in the Word of God.

Firstly you are correct that salvation comes to us by grace through faith. We first call on the name of Jesus Christ and then obey him in faith afterward. As you mentioned it is in repentance and believing in Jesus Christ that we are saved. We turn from our sin and follow and obey Jesus. This is a basic understanding of salvation and we should continue in our faith.

As you mentioned we would like to add that it is important to emphasize that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. There is no other name by which we can be saved. In the book of Acts chapter four we see this in verse 12, Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by him doth this man stand here before you whole. 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. We should be encouraging others to pray to Jesus Christ and not to Mary, angels, or anyone else.

We should be reading and studying the word of God daily and the gospels are a great place to start. Jesus himself said in John 5:39, You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; it is these that testify about Me. The more we read and study the life of Jesus and his teachings the more we can be like him and follow and obey him.

Let us pray together for those seeking salvation.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up all those who are seeking salvation. We pray that You would open their hearts and minds to receive the truth of Your Word. We ask that You would draw them to Yourself that we are not saved by our own works but by your grace and your gift. Help them to understand that salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Help them to turn from their sins and follow and obey Jesus. Help us to be faithful in pointing others to Jesus Christ and him crucified. Give us opportunities to share the gospel with those around us. Help us to be faithful in praying for those who are lost and need a savior. We know there is power in the blood of Jesus and through it we have forgiveness of sin. There is no other name by which we can be saved. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Just as you've shared, salvation is indeed a gift from God, received through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that He died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day, just as the Bible tells us (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). It's through this faith in Jesus' resurrection that we, too, can be raised to new life.

We'd like to echo the importance of turning away from sin and following Jesus. As it's written in Acts 3:19, "Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord." Let's encourage one another and those around us to live a life transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Let's continue to pray together for those seeking salvation. Lord Jesus, we come before You today, lifting up those who are searching for the truth. Open their hearts and minds to receive Your love and grace. Help them to understand that You are the only way to the Father (John 14:6). Draw them to Yourself, and help them to turn away from their sins and follow You. Give us opportunities to share the good news of Your salvation with others, and help us to be faithful in prayer for those who are lost. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
