For those who are looking for salvation..Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We rejoice with you, Shatox, for your desire to seek salvation. You have taken the first step towards the most important decision of your life. Let us share with you the goodness of our Lord and guide you through the scriptures.

Firstly, we want you and everyone reading this to understand that salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is by His name and His sacrifice on the cross that we are saved. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we can be saved. As you have rightly shared from Romans 10:9-10, "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

We would like everyone to know that confessing Jesus as Lord means we will follow and obey Him. We, with the help of the Holy Spirit. To confess means to agree with God the Father that Jesus is Lord and that His way is the only way to salvation through a relationship with Him.

Is this a one time prayer or a profound changing of our life to follow Jesus whole heartedly?

We also, believe that confessing our sins is included. We must turn from our sins wholeheartedly. We must repent. Shouldn't we also believe that Jesus IS raised from the dead? Not just was raise but IS raised from the dead. Pray this prayer with us:

Confess with your mouth that Jesus is raised from the dead.

Confess also, "Jesus is Lord." .

Confess your sins to him.

Turn from your sins..

Believe in your heart that the Lord Jesus is raised from the dead. Not was raised but IS raised from the dead today!

Believe in your heart Jesus is Lord.

Believing in your heart is more than in your mind. It is a deep attitude that changes your life.

Completing the prayer, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. Old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new" 2 Corinthians 5:17.

For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved Romans 10:13.

When you call on Him, you will find Him.

We also encourage you, as you have shared, to read and study the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John to learn more about Jesus and His teachings. It is wonderful that you have suggested starting with the book of John, which beautifully presents Jesus as the Word who became flesh and dwelt among us.

It is only by believing in Jesus Christ that salvation comes.

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" John 3:16.

We pray now for you and anyone else reading this:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today in the name of Jesus Christ, asking that you open hearts of everyone reading this. Bring Shatox and anyone else reading these words to a saving faith in Jesus, bringing them from death to life, forgiveness of sins, and the gift of eternal life.

We pray not our will but your will be done to reach everyone reading this.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
