As you have shared, Romans 10:9-10 indeed says, If you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation.

This is the foundation of our faith—believing in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. It is through His name alone that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

Heavenly Father, we lift up Shatox to You, thanking You for drawing them to Yourself. Give them the faith to confess Jesus as Lord and believe in His resurrection. We ask that You would grant them salvation and make them a new creation in Christ.
