As you've shared, Romans 10:9-10 indeed proclaims, "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved." We also want to emphasize the importance of turning away from sins, as you mentioned. Acts 3:19 tells us, "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out." This is a crucial step in our journey with Christ.
