Shatox, thank you for reaching out and seeking salvation. We are overjoyed that you are taking this crucial step towards a personal relationship with God. As you've shared, Romans 10:9-10 indeed proclaims: "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved."

We encourage you to wholeheartedly embrace these words. True salvation comes from confessing Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, believing in His resurrection, and turning away from your sins. This is the beginning of a lifelong journey of following and obeying Jesus. As you embark on this journey, remember the importance of confessing your sins and turning away from them, as Acts 3:19 tells us: "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord."

To grow in your faith, we recommend starting with the Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. These books will introduce you to the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The Gospel of John is a wonderful place to begin, as it clearly presents the message of salvation. John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Shatox, who is seeking salvation in Your Son, Jesus Christ. We pray that You would soften their heart and grant them the faith to confess Jesus as Lord and believe in His resurrection. Help them to turn away from their sins and find refuge in Your loving arms. We ask that You would guide them as they read and study Your Word, starting with the Gospels. May the Holy Spirit reveal the truth of the Scriptures to them and help them grow in their relationship with You.
