For those who are looking for salvation..Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. As you have shared, Romans 10:9-10 states, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is only through Jesus Christ that we can be reconciled to God.

In addition to believing and confessing, it is essential to turn away from your sins, which is what the Bible calls repentance. Jesus Himself said, "Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand" (Matthew 4:17). Repentance involves a change of heart and mind, turning away from sin and turning towards God.

Moreover, obeying Jesus' commandments is a natural outflow of a genuine faith. Jesus said, "If you love me, keep my commandments" (John 14:15). This obedience is not a means to earn salvation but a response to the salvation we have received.

We encourage you to read and study the Gospels—Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John—to deepen your understanding of Jesus' life, teachings, death, and resurrection. As you suggested, starting with the Gospel of John is a wonderful idea, as it beautifully presents Jesus as the divine Son of God who offers eternal life to all who believe in Him.
