Heavenly Father,
We come before You with grateful hearts, lifting up those who are earnestly seeking salvation. Your Word in Romans 10:9-10 promises that "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." We cling to this promise, Lord, and we ask that You draw near to those who are yearning for Your saving grace.
Lord, we pray that those seeking You will find the strength and courage to confess their sins and turn away from them, embracing a life of obedience and devotion to Jesus Christ. As written in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." May they experience Your forgiveness and cleansing power.
Guide them, Lord, as they delve into Your Word. May their hearts be open and receptive as they study the Scriptures. As it is written in Psalm 119:105, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path." Illuminate their path, Father, and let Your truth transform their lives.
We pray that they will grow in faith and knowledge of You, becoming steadfast followers of Christ. May the Holy Spirit fill them with wisdom and understanding, guiding them in all truth.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
