Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of gratitude and humility, lifting up those who are seeking salvation. Your Word promises in Romans 10:9-10 that "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved."
Lord, we pray for those who are earnestly seeking You. May they come to a place of true repentance and confession, acknowledging Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Help them to believe deeply in their hearts that Jesus was raised from the dead, so they may be justified and saved.
Father, guide them to turn from their sins and follow the path of righteousness. As it is written in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." May they experience the cleansing power of Your forgiveness and the transformative work of Your Holy Spirit.
We also ask that You give them a hunger for Your Word. Lead them to study the Scriptures diligently, starting with the Gospel of John, and let Your truth penetrate their hearts. As they read and meditate on Your Word, may they grow in wisdom and understanding, and may their faith be strengthened day by day.
Lord, we trust in Your promise from 2 Corinthians 5:17, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come." May those seeking salvation experience this newness of life and walk in the fullness of Your grace and love.
We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
