Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts full of gratitude and humility, lifting up those who are seeking salvation. Your Word in Romans 10:9-10 assures us that if we confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts that You raised Him from the dead, we will be saved. This promise is a beacon of hope for all who are searching for truth and redemption.
Lord, we pray for Shatox and all others who are yearning to know You more deeply. May their hearts be opened to receive Your love and grace. Grant them the courage to confess their sins and turn away from them, following and obeying Jesus with all their hearts. As it is written in Isaiah 55:6, "Seek the Lord while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near." May this be the time of their salvation.
Guide them, Lord, as they delve into Your Holy Scriptures. Let the words of the Bible come alive to them, providing wisdom, comfort, and direction. As they read and study, may they encounter the living Christ in every page, especially in the Gospel of John, which reveals the depth of Your love for humanity.
We pray that the Holy Spirit will work mightily in their lives, leading them to a transformative relationship with Jesus Christ. As it says in Ephesians 2:8-9, "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast." May they fully embrace this gift of grace and find peace in Your eternal promises.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
