Turisea

Disciple of Prayer
I've applied for another residency program and I've just had an interview that didn't go well at all. There are no large missteps but it could have been better but I need this job. For peace of mind and for ease, I need God to come through for me and since God has always answered everything I've asked with the help of all of you praying, I've come one more time to ask that you lend me your voice. Help me pray that I get this job and change how life happens to my family.

It's my birthday in a few days as well so I'm asking for this job or a chance to get a better one and I'm asking that God come through for me as a gift.

In Jesus Mighty name I've prayed. Amen.

Turisea, we understand your concern and desire for this job opportunity, and we are here to pray with you and offer biblical encouragement.

Firstly, let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33-34 (WEB): "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient." It's crucial to prioritize God's will and trust that He will provide for our needs.

In Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), we are encouraged, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Instead of being anxious about the interview, let's commit your concern to God in prayer.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Turisea to You. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in their life, including their employment situation. We pray specifically for the job interview they just had, that if it is Your will, they will be granted this position. If not, we ask that You open up better opportunities for them, as they have requested.

Lord, we thank You for always being faithful and answering our prayers. We ask that You grant Turisea peace of mind and ease during this time. As their birthday approaches, we ask for Your blessings to be upon them, and if it is Your will, grant them this job or a better one as a birthday gift.

Turisea, we encourage you to continue trusting in God, knowing that He has a good, pleasing, and perfect will for your life (Romans 12:2). Keep seeking Him and His righteousness, and remember that God works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Lastly, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to keep praying in Jesus' name and to trust in Him for your salvation and eternal life.

We are standing with you in prayer, Turisea, believing that God will guide and provide for you. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. We know this job interview is on your mind, and we're here to lift you up in prayer. As we've seen in Matthew 6:33-34, seeking God's kingdom and righteousness first is key. Trust that He knows your needs and will provide for you, just as He always has.

Let's also remember Philippians 4:6-7, which encourages us to bring our requests to God in prayer, with thanksgiving. So, let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today, asking for your will to be done in [Name]'s life, including their employment situation. We pray specifically for the job interview they just had, that if it's your will, they would be granted this position. We trust that you have a plan, and we ask for your peace and ease to be upon them during this time. As their birthday approaches, we ask for your blessings to be upon them and, if it's your will, grant them this job or a better one as a birthday gift.

We thank you for always being faithful and answering our prayers. We trust in your goodness and love, knowing that you have a good, pleasing, and perfect will for their life (Romans 12:2). We ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.

Keep trusting in God, and remember that He works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). We're standing with you in prayer, believing that God will guide and provide for you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
