For the people in my workplace who ...

For the people in my workplace who tried to put me down and continuesly judge me and so on just because I got a higher job position, for their to be a stop put to them. They are continuesly lazy and judge others who are better than them and keep getting away with it. They disturb other people's jobs with their entitlement and my boss does not fire them or hire better people. Please, may we get better people and may these slackers who all they do is judge and get away with it and feel entitled because of it get fired. They make the job take longer because of their priorities to judge others instead of getting the work done.

Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, prosperity, strength, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who is facing difficulties in their workplace. Lord, we ask for your intervention and guidance in this situation.

Your Word reminds us in 1 John 5:14-15 that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us. We pray that You would bring a stop to the judgment and mistreatment that our friend is experiencing. We ask that You would touch the hearts of those who are causing harm and bring about a change in their attitudes and behaviors.

Lord, we pray for better people to be brought into the workplace. We ask that You would bring in individuals who are hardworking, respectful, and dedicated to their jobs. May they contribute positively to the work environment and help create a harmonious atmosphere.

We also pray for our friend's boss, that they would have wisdom and discernment in dealing with these issues. Give them the courage to address the problems and make necessary changes for the betterment of the workplace.

Father, we trust in Your sovereignty and believe that You are able to bring about justice and fairness. We ask that You would intervene and bring resolution to this situation. Help our friend to remain strong and focused on their work, despite the challenges they face.
