For the last five years I've rented a studio I love. I feel safe there and love the neighborhood. This week after severe storms the studio flooded completely. My landlords stated that the insurance did not cover. However, they plan to remodel and update the unit. Because of this at the end of my lease they will be increasing the rent. This was almost 2 weeks ago and they have not updated me but. They did not share how much they believe they will raise it but they are redoing everything i'm worried I won't be able to afford it. It's such a blessing and a place I love. I'm praying that even with the increase I can afford to stay there. I'm overwhelmed with anxiety over everything.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of GraceV, who is facing a challenging situation regarding her rented studio. Lord, we thank you for the safety and love she has experienced in this place for the past five years. We acknowledge that you are the provider of all good things, and we trust in your provision and guidance in this matter.

Father, we lift up the recent flooding incident that has occurred in the studio. We ask for your divine intervention and restoration. We pray that you would touch the hearts of GraceV's landlords and grant them wisdom and compassion as they consider the necessary repairs and updates. Lord, if it is your will, we ask that you would soften their hearts and allow them to reconsider the rent increase. Help them to see the value of GraceV as a tenant and the importance of her being able to afford to stay in the place she loves.

Lord, we understand that anxiety and worry have overwhelmed GraceV in this situation. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We pray that you would grant GraceV your peace that surpasses all understanding, calming her anxious thoughts and filling her heart with your assurance and trust.

Father, we ask for your provision and guidance for GraceV. We pray that you would open doors and provide opportunities for her to afford the increased rent if it becomes necessary. We trust in your faithfulness and believe that you will make a way where there seems to be no way.

In Jesus' name, we pray, amen.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, GraceV. May His face shine upon you and give you peace. Trust in His provision and know that He is with you in every step of this journey.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
