For sure only Jesus can take my panick attack.

When this awful panick attack comes to my life, then I start singing praises to Jesus so satan will flee from me and my panick attack will be gone. All these negative feelings comes to us because of a major stress we are going through. Relax, stay quiet before the Lord, call on His name. Jesus will send peace and joy to your life. Now, if someone dear has died or is very ill, panick attack may come because we worry so much or are under stress. Tell all your pain to Jesus, tell Him what you are going through. Jesus will hear from heaven and will send healing to your troubled soul.

We know for sure that a panick attack goes from zero to one hundred degrees in an instant. It is halfway between feeling like you will faint and feeling like you will die. It is time to run to the arms of Jesus. He will comfort your troubled soul, take away all fear and trembling from your heart.

There is no greater comfort than to the arms of Jesus. He continually says to us. Come to Me....I will give you rest.

Millions of people are having panick attacks due to Covid getting into every single home and getting on the street and in school grounds. We have to be in prayer and ask Jesus to protect us from any virus that is going around. The Fifth Wave has arrived and people are worried of getting sick so they get all kinds of panick attacks when they go shopping, at the terminal, with office workers and even at the bank. Wherever we are, let us all trust Jesus, He will cover us with His loving arms and protect us from from getting the monkey virus.

This is really a good advice to sing and focus on the Lord during such episodes.
The Devil comes to bring fear and panic. Remember that whenever Jesus approached anyone or His disciples in particular.He usually say " Peace be unto you!" At other times He would say " Fear not!".This also confirms tht He is the Prince of Peace. He said to the raging waves" Peace,be still..Panic Attack is of the Devil.When this sensation resurfaces plea the Blood of Jesus, sing songs of worship and adoration,pray and chase the Devil away. This willalso help you to remove your focus off that sensatiln and to get your mind and thoughts under control.
