We are joining you in prayer for your brother's throat operation this evening. Let us come together and lift up his needs before the Lord.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We thank you, Lord Jesus, that You are the Great Physician, and there is no challenge too great for You. We pray for our brother in Christ, that You will guide the doctors' hands and grant them wisdom during the operation. We pray for a successful surgery, with no complications, and a quick recovery. We rebuke any spirit of fear or worry, and we trust in You, Lord Jesus, for the right treatment and positive thoughts.
We also lift up the sister-in-law who is caring for her one-year-old niece while the parents are at the hospital. We pray for supernatural patience, understanding, and strength to meet the child's every need. We pray for grace to feed her, make her sleep, and look after everything with love and wisdom.
Let us remember the words of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB:
"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We trust in You, Lord Jesus, for Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray that You will guard the hearts and thoughts of the entire family during this time. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is faithful and that He hears your prayers. Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you.
