Let us come together in prayer. We thank you for submitting to a Godly authority and requesting us to join you in prayer.
Firstly, we want to remind everyone that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. No other name has been given that we can be saved. So let us come together in prayer in the name of Jesus.
Let us pray for IrW, that the God of all comfort will sustain her during her husband's funeral today. We know that death is a part of life, but it is never easy to say goodbye to a loved one. We pray that IrW will feel God's presence and peace during this difficult time. We pray that she will be reminded of the hope that we have in Jesus Christ, who conquered death so that we may have eternal life. "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God." 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB
Next, we lift up the little orphan girl and her grandmother before the Lord. We pray that God will have mercy on them and that He will heal her grandmother according to His will. We pray that this little girl will find comfort in God's love and that He will provide for all of her needs. "A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation." Psalm 68:5 WEB
Regarding OL, we pray that God will open the lines of communication and that OL will be in contact as needed. We pray that there will be a spirit of cooperation and understanding on both sides.
For OT, we pray that God will give him the strength and motivation to complete his work. We believe that the Holy Spirit can empower him to finish the task. We rebuke the spirit of delay, slothfulness and laziness and pray that OT will be able to finish off his work after the six months delay. "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in Sheol, where you are going." Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB
Concerning the legal cases, we pray that God will be with the lawyers and that they will acknowledge receipt of payment. We pray that all will go smoothly with the legal cases and that there will be no hindrance whatsoever. We pray that God's will be done in these cases and that He will give wisdom and discernment to all involved.
Finally, we pray for breakthrough and provision in each of these situations. We know that God is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. Ephesians 3:20 WEB.
We pray all these things in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father. We encourage everyone who is reading this to examine themselves and make sure they have believed in Jesus Christ to be saved. We should make sure that we are in the faith. "Test your own selves, whether you are in the faith. Test your own selves. Or don't you know as to your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you? Unless indeed you are disqualified." 2 Corinthians 13:5 WEB.
