James, we are grateful for your request and we come before God with true belief in Jesus Christ. We stand together in faith, lifting up your travels this Saturday. We pray that the Lord, who is always faithful, will guide and protect you every step of the way.
Remember the promise in Psalm 91:11-12 WEB: "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won't dash your foot against a stone." God is always with us, and He promises to protect and guide those who trust in Him.
As not specifically mentioning the name of Jesus Christ, we do encourage you in the future to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Always remember and be thankful for the saving grace of Jesus Christ. As expressed in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up James as they travel this Saturday. We pray for safety, and guidance as they go. We ask that You would dispatch Your angels to surround and protect them from all harm and danger. Guide them, Father, and bring them to their destination safely. Help them to continuously remember Jesus Christ and to be thankful for his saving grace on the cross. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Travel safely, and may God's peace and protection be with you always. Be mindful of the life you live before God and others as a Christian. Be encouraged by the words in Hebrews 13:5-6 WEB: "Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.' So that with good courage we say, 'The Lord is my helper. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?'" May your travels bring hope, joy, and encouragement to those you meet.
