For people I deal with to take no for an answer when they have to. Don't know if you've dealt with this, but an example, recently,a customer who I EXPLAINED TO WHEN SHE FIRST TOLD ME ABOUT HER RUN, SO SHE KNEW THIS, but there are days when because I have regularly scheduled runs on certain days, I either wouldn't be able to take her to her job, or it would be too late for the time she needed. But although she knew this, when the situation came up , she pushed and pushed to fit in the spot. I also suggested getting a backup plan for such days. Also went in one ear and out the other. This, and many others I have dealt with who don't take no for an answer, and push and push,{which is irritating}, request is for them to take no for an answer and stop badgering me when I already explained to them.
