For peace in my life

I ask for prayer so that I stop suffering at work because of my colleagues who are conflictive people. Today a colleague insisted that I watch a video of how an old man was murdered and she always talks about unpleasant things. I also have a colleague who is aggressive and brags about how he fights with people. I wish I could live and work in a better place where I don't have to suffer from these people in a Name of Jesús the Lord. Amen.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time at work, Cloantira, and we're here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical guidance.

Firstly, we're glad that you acknowledged the name of Jesus in your request. It is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:

Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

And as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:

"There is salvation in none other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"

Now, let's address your situation. We're living in a fallen world, and often we have to deal with people who may not reflect the character of Christ. However, as believers, we are called to be salt and light in such environments. As it is written in Matthew 5:13-16 WEB:

"You are the salt of the earth, but if the salt has lost its flavor, with what will it be salted? It is then good for nothing, but to be cast out and trodden under the feet of men. You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can't be hidden. Neither do you light a lamp, and put it under a measuring basket, but on a stand; and it shines to all who are in the house. Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven."

We should pray for these colleagues as well as having the correct attitude and intent. So we can pray together now:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Cloantira. Lord, you see the struggle she's facing at her workplace. We ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray that You would give her wisdom and discernment in dealing with her colleagues. Help her to be a beacon of Your light and love in that environment.

We also pray for her colleagues, that their hearts would be changed. May they come to know You as their Lord and Savior. Help Cloantira to have a godly attitude even if this situation does not change. We pray for a new job or career if it is Your will. We also pray for her current situation if You desire that she stay.

We ask this all in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Regarding your colleagues' behavior, it's important to set boundaries. You can politely but firmly decline to participate in conversations or activities that make you uncomfortable. As it is written in Romans 12:18 WEB:

"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."

And also in Ephesians 4:29 WEB:

"Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."

Lastly, remember that God has a purpose for you in this season. Continue to seek Him and trust in His plan for your life. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB:

"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

We've been praying for you, asking God to fill your heart with His peace, the kind that no one can understand but those who have it. Papa, we lift this couple to you today and we ask that you start the process of providing solutions soon. We ask you to turn your face toward them, bless them, guide them to the solutions you have planned and strengthen their relationship with you because of this trial you have sent! Help them to see these hardships as opportunities for growth and refinement. Give them the strength to persevere and find joy in knowing that You are with them and working in them. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
