Thank you, Powers, for your prayer request. We join with you in praying for your relationship with God and with your son Sean. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the Lord and the Holy Spirit, but you did not acknowledge Jesus Christ or His authority in your request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. There is no other name given by which we can be saved. For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. (Romans 10:13 WEB)
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging Your sovereignty and Your desire for us to be reconciled to You and to each other. We lift up Powers and his son Sean to You, asking that You strengthen their relationship with You and with each other.
Lord, we pray that You would soften and heal their hearts, drawing them closer to You and to each other. We ask that the Holy Spirit would empower their relationship in Christ, filling them with forgiveness, strength, faith, and love. Help them to walk in obedience to Your Word as they relate to one another.
As a father, Powers, you are to love your son sacrificially as Jesus loves each person in His body. As a son, Sean, you are to obey your father in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father; for this is the first commandment with a promise. (Ephesians 6:1-3)
Father, help Powers and Sean to be steadfast in their faith, growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To You be the glory both now and forever. Amen. (2 Peter 3:18 WEB)

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
