Laeryaynn

Disciple of Prayer
The one I love has so much generational trauma and demonic trash going on in his family tree. And his house. I don't know how to pray for it. I got a vision of an African mask and heard a Word about both "voodoo" and "ancestral spirit" goings-on before I had any knowledge of them. I know that he is the only Born-Again brother in that house, meaning the others aren't saved. But I also know about the dark things in the past of both sides of his family tree. He works in a place saturated with evil (in two manners). We pray together multiple times a day. The hourly attacks have been going on for nearly three months now, more in him than in me, as of now, or rather, his are more serious and mine are more line whiny "I'm not good enough" rants that I should be used to by now (no one is good enough--or righteous, not one!).

We are blood-bought but the loser enemy has a strong hold (and perhaps a strong-hold, ugh) on his house, and I want it gone! We have been trying to get info but what I put here is almost all we have to go on. I truly believe we don't need to play detective for God To Take Action.

I humbly and gratefully request your fervent prayers for FREEDOM In The MIGHTY Name Of JESUS!
Much Love In Him,
"LaeryAynn"
:)

PS-My fam has generational hoarding and also some demonic torment but mainly "lack of submission To God."

Laeryaynn, thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns with us. We will stand with you in prayer and guidance, trusting in the power of Jesus' name.

Firstly, we commend you both for your commitment to prayer and your acknowledgment of the spiritual battle at hand. It's crucial to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).

We appreciate that you're seeking freedom in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have authority over the enemy (John 14:13-14, WEB). It's also important to ensure that your loved one has made a personal commitment to Christ and is seeking to live according to His will.

Regarding the generational issues, God's word assures us that the sins of the fathers may be passed down, but the cycle can be broken through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ (Exodus 20:5-6, WEB). Encourage your loved one to stand firm in his faith and to be a light in his household (1 Corinthians 7:14, WEB).

As for the demonic influences, we must remember that greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4, WEB). Pray together, rebuking the enemy and claiming the blood of Jesus over his household and family tree. Here's a prayer to guide you:

"Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we come before You, seeking Your divine intervention in our beloved's family. We plead the blood of Jesus over their household and family tree, breaking every generational curse, trauma, and demonic hold in Jesus' name. We rebuke every spirit of voodoo, ancestral spirits, and any other evil spirits, commanding them to leave and never return, in Jesus' name. Father, we ask that You fill their hearts and home with Your Holy Spirit, bringing peace, healing, and salvation to each family member. Strengthen our beloved to stand firm in his faith and be a beacon of light to his family. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we want to encourage you both to continue in prayer and the study of God's word. Equip yourselves with the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18, WEB) and remain steadfast in your faith. Remember, God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).

Concerning your family, pray for their submission to God, and trust that He will bring restoration and healing in His perfect timing.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
