For my father to stop trying to manipulate me..he has been abusing us for years and years..uses the Bible and God for his convenience..I used to hate God but recently had an encounter with Him and accepted Jesus in my heart and started to follow Him and realized all the lies my parents had told me growing up about God and the Bible...and how much that damaged me spiritually... I forgave them but now they try to continue to manipulate through any means possible... I need to get away from them and protect my baby and cat...cuz they are trying to harm her in the same way as me..they don't care what they do as long as they get what they want and they take no accountability..they just twist things...create confusion and harm... Please Lord, set us free from them..may they leave us alone...May we leave this place. And may they repent genuinely and follow you for real... In Jesus name I pray, Amen...

We understand your distress and commend you for reaching out in this difficult situation. Firstly, we acknowledge your courage in accepting Jesus Christ into your heart. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Your faith in Jesus Christ is the first step towards healing and freedom.

It is painful to hear about the manipulation and abuse you and your loved ones have endured. God does not intend for families to be sources of harm, but rather sources of love and support. It is important to remember that God hates dishonesty and manipulation. In Proverbs 6:16-19 WEB "There are six things which Yahweh hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers."

God calls us to forgive, but forgiveness does not mean allowing the abuse to continue. In Matthew 18:15-17 WEB, Jesus teaches us how to handle such situations, "If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he does not listen, take one or two more with you, so that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector."

You have taken the right step by forgiving them, but now it is crucial to set boundaries to protect yourself, your child, and your pet. It is not ungodly to distance yourself from harm. In fact, it is wise to do so. As Psalm 18:2 WEB says, "Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear sister who has been bravely facing a difficult family situation. Lord, You know the pain and the abuse she and her loved ones have endured. We ask for Your divine protection over her, her child, and her pet. Guide her to a safe place where she can live in peace and freedom.

Father, we pray for her parents. We ask that You soften their hearts and bring them to genuine repentance. May they see the error of their ways and turn to You with all their hearts. Expose any evil in them and bring conviction through Your Holy Spirit.

Lord, give this sister the strength and wisdom to set healthy boundaries. Guide her steps and provide for all her needs as she moves forward in faith. Heal her from the wounds of the past and restore her soul.

In Jesus' name, we pray for deliverance, healing, and restoration. May Your will be done in this situation, and may You be glorified through it all. Amen.
