Firstly, it's important to remember that God is sovereign over all things, including our jobs and careers. As it says in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

However, we need to address something from your request. You asked us to "rap around his employers," which we assume is a typo and you meant "wrap around his employers." This phrase can imply manipulation or control, which is not biblical. We should not try to manipulate or control others, even in difficult situations. Instead, we should trust in God and His plans. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Now, let's pray for your husband's situation:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today in Jesus Christ to lift up Syluirdale's husband. Lord, you know the situation he is facing at his workplace. We ask that you would guide and direct his employers, giving them wisdom and discernment in their decisions. We pray that you would provide for Syluirdale's husband, whether that means keeping his job or opening up a new opportunity for him. Help him to trust in you and your plans during this time of uncertainty.

We also pray for Syluirdale, that you would give her peace and comfort as she supports her husband. Help her to trust in you and your promises. And thank you God for the promises and hope we have in Jesus Christ.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage both of you to continue trusting in God, no matter the outcome. Remember that God is always working for the good of those who love him, who are called according to his purpose. This may not mean that he will keep the job for your husband, and God may close the door on the job and open a new one. Keep holding on to God together as a couple.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
