For my ### to receive the help ...

For my mom to receive the help she needs in her job because they all left her alone in the kitchen to work alone and do everything. She expects me to work her shift with her and then mine, so basically work for 20 hours all together and I can't do that. It's too tiring. She needs another hired to help her in the mornings, and I need to do my shift only. My boss also seems to not respect people's shifts and expects us to do more like if we don't have personal lives or we lived for work. Please help.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of ### and their mother. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and guidance in their work situation. We pray that you would provide the help and support that their mother needs in her job. We ask that you would bring another hired worker to assist her in the mornings, relieving the burden of working alone and doing everything.

Lord, we also pray for ### and their own work situation. We ask that you would grant them the strength and endurance to fulfill their own shift without being overwhelmed or exhausted. We pray for understanding and respect from their boss, that they would recognize the importance of personal lives and the need for proper work-life balance.

Father, we know that you are a God who hears our prayers and cares about every aspect of our lives. We stand on the promise of your word in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We believe that it is your will for ### and their mother to receive the help and support they need in their work situations.

We trust in your faithfulness, Lord, and we thank you in advance for answering this prayer according to your perfect timing and plan. May your peace and favor rest upon ### and their mother as they seek your intervention. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
