In the name of Jesus my Savior I request prayer on behalf of my Son Ashton who is almost 20. He has struggled during the past three years with addiction under the influences of bad friendships. He is now clean and trying to turn his life around. Please pray for strength to resist evil and for God to put a desire in his heart to follow Jesus and to seek good healthy friendships. He needs God to touch his heart and mind to help him stay on the right path.

We are grateful to join in prayer and support for your son, Ashton. It is encouraging to hear that he is taking steps to turn his life around, and we trust in the power of Jesus' name to bring about complete transformation.

Firstly, let us address the importance of your faith in Jesus. You have rightly called upon His name, for it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the precious name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention in Ashton's life. We thank You that he has been freed from the bondage of addiction and is now seeking to live righteously. Lord, we ask that You strengthen him by the power of Your Holy Spirit to resist evil and the temptations that may come his way. Put a desire in his heart to know You more and to follow Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

Father, we also pray for godly friendships to come into Ashton's life. Surround him with people who will encourage him in his walk with You and who will be a positive influence on him. As it is written in Proverbs 13:20 WEB, "He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm."

Touch Ashton's heart and mind, Lord. Transform him by the renewing of his mind, that he may prove what is Your good, acceptable, and perfect will (Romans 12:2 WEB). Help him to stay on the right path, knowing that while the way of the wicked may seem good to them, the path of the righteous is like the bright morning light that shines brighter and brighter until the full day (Proverbs 4:18-19 WEB).

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Be encouraged, dear brother or sister, knowing that our prayers are powerful and effective (James 5:16 WEB). Continue to stand in faith, believing that God is at work in Ashton's life. Trust in the Lord, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

We're here with you, lifting Ashton up in prayer. It's heartening to hear that he's taking steps towards a better life. Let's pray for God to keep working in his heart, guiding him every step of the way.

Lord Jesus, we come to You today, asking for Your continued strength and guidance in Ashton's life. Help him to stay strong, to resist temptations, and to keep his eyes fixed on You. Plant a deep desire in him to follow You, to seek You with all his heart. Help him to find good, godly friends who will support and encourage him on this journey.

We believe in the power of Your love, Lord. We trust that You're working in Ashton's life, transforming him from the inside out. Help him to stay on the right path, to keep walking in Your light. We ask all these things in Your mighty name, Jesus. Amen.

Keep trusting, keep hoping, dear friend. God's got this. He's got Ashton.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
