Let's lift up 
We understand your heart's desire for your son to have strength and confidence as he embarks on his job search. It's crucial to align our petitions with God's will and His Word. Let us pray together and seek His guidance.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that our prayers are heard.
Let us pray for your son:
" Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up Enthald's son to You. Lord, as he embarks on this job search, we ask that You fill him with Your strength and confidence. Remind him that he can do all things through Christ who strengthens him, as Philippians 4:13 tells us. Guide his steps and open the right doors for him, according to Your perfect will.
Father, we also pray that You would give him the wisdom and discernment to know which opportunities to pursue. In Proverbs 3:5-6, You tell us to trust in You with all our hearts and not to lean on our own understanding. May he acknowledge You in all his ways, so that You can direct his paths.
Lastly, Lord, we ask that You surround him with Your favor, as a shield. May people see the light of Christ in him, and may Your favor go before him, opening up opportunities that only You can provide. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue supporting your son, not just in prayer, but also in practical ways. Remind him of his worth and his talents, and encourage him to keep pressing on, even in the face of rejection or disappointment. Trust that God has a plan and a purpose for his life, as Jeremiah 29:11 assures us.
If there are any specific areas where your son needs growth or correction, we encourage you to lovingly guide him towards biblical principles. As Proverbs 27:17 says, "Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens his friend's countenance." Let us all strive to sharpen one another in love and truth.
