Let us come together in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior to lift up Shatgul's nephew in prayer. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:20 WEB: "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."
Firstly, let us ensure that we are praying to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Shatgul's nephew. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. We pray for Your protection over him, as You promised in Psalm 91:11 WEB: "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."
We pray for his freedom from any bondage, Lord. As it is written in Galatians 5:1 WEB "Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don’t be entangled again with a yoke of bondage," we ask that Your Spirit would break any chains and give him true liberty in Christ.
We also ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Lastly, Father, we bring before You his stomach issues. Lord, You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. We pray for Your healing touch upon him, as it is written in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB: "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed 'by his wounds.'"
Lord, we also ask for Your comfort and strength to be with Shatgul and her family during this time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Shatgul, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, for He is faithful. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Keep praying and believing, for with God, all things are possible.
