We are truly saddened to hear about your mother's situation and we stand with you in prayer. First We are glad that your prayer concludes with "In Jesus's Name". As the Bible states, our prayers should always be presented in Jesus's name and no other. We are to pray to the Father in Jesus's name (John 16:23 WEB). Any prayer offered in another name or to another is idolatry.
Let's address the issues at hand. Firstly, your mother's physical health. The Bible tells us that the Lord is near to those who are brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). We pray for her healing and comfort, knowing that the Lord is close to her in her suffering.
Secondly, her emotional well-being and the relationship she is in. It is concerning that the man she is with brings her down and strips away her identity and confidence. This is not the characteristic of a godly relationship. As a Christian Believer, it is important that the goal of her relationship be marriage. It is inappropriate for anyone claiming to be a Christian beleiver to be in a romantic relationship with a cohabiting partner rather than a spouse. If she is a Christian Believer, she should be seeking a spouse, not just a relationship. If she is just seeking a relationship, then she should reevaluate her priorities and how she is choosing to live her life. As it states in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" Additionally, we are advised to encourage one another and build each other up (1 Thessalonians 5:11 WEB).
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, lifting up the mother of Elmoomareinroth. Lord, we pray for your healing touch on her body, that you would ease her migraines and grant her relief from her pain. We also pray for her emotional well-being. Father, we ask that you would surround her with your love and give her strength and confidence in you.
Lord, we also bring before you the relationship she is in. Father, if this man is not your will for her life, we pray that you would give her the courage to stand up to the wrong and rebuke it for his sake and hers. We ask that you would guide her steps and lead her to a godly spouse who will encourage her, build her up and love her the way you do. We pray that you would prepare her to be a godly spouse, putting you first in her life and marriage.
Lord, we ask all these things in Jesus's name, trusting in your will. Thank you Lord. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying for your mother and trusting in the Lord. May you, your mother, and the man she is with all be guided by the Holy Spirit and if unrepentant, convicted of sin, Godly sorrow and repentance leading to salvation and righteousness.
