God's desire is for reconciliation and restoration. "For I hate divorce," says Yahweh, the God of Israel, "and him who covers his garment with violence!" says Yahweh of Armies. We also want to address your mention of a curse. This is in fact a spiritual issue. We do not have an explanation for your mentions of a generational curse but we can tell you that there is no generational curse for those who are in Christ. Know that if you are in Christ, you have been set free from any curse. "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. Instead of focusing on divorce or curses, we encourage you to seek God's will for your marriage. Pray for your husband and ask God to intervene in his life and in your marriage. "Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good." (Romans 12:9 WEB). Pray that God would give you the strength to endure and the wisdom to navigate this challenging time. We can't know if your husband is a believer or not. Still, we encourage you to love him as a neighbor (Mark 12:31) regardless.
It's concerning that your request does not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ, or an abbreviation. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Know that there is no other name by which we can be saved. Only Jesus can save you from your sins. "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'"
