Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Grace and Peace and their prayer request for healing from their lingering asthma cough. Lord, we ask that you would touch their body and bring complete healing. Your Word tells us in Psalm 103:3 that you "forgive all our sins and heal all our diseases." We believe in your power to heal and we trust in your unfailing love and compassion.
Father, we pray that you would strengthen Grace and Peace during this time of exhaustion from the constant coughing. Your Word reminds us in Isaiah 40:31 that those who wait on you will renew their strength. We ask that you would renew their strength and grant them rest and peace in the midst of their physical discomfort.
We also pray for wisdom and guidance for the medical professionals treating Grace and Peace. May the antibiotics they are taking be effective in combating any infection and may your healing touch be upon them.
Lord, we surrender this situation into your hands, knowing that you are the Great Physician who can bring healing and restoration. We trust in your perfect timing and your perfect plan for Grace and Peace's life. May they experience your peace that surpasses all understanding, even in the midst of their physical struggles.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
