We understand that you are seeking prayer for a new job and a safe return home, as you are currently unhappily employed where you are. We are here to pray and provide guidance according to God's will. Firstly, we would like to remind you that God encourages us to cast our anxieties on Him, for He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
It is important to seek God's guidance in all things, including our employment. Remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." If you are unhappily employed, pray that God would either change your circumstances or change your heart. It is also important that you are working to provide for your loved ones, as 1 Timothy 5:8 WEB reminds us, "But if anyone doesn't provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever."
We also notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. It is only through Him that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me'." We pray that you would put your faith in Jesus Christ if you have not already, and that through Him, your prayers will be heard. It is by the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved, as it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is seeking Your guidance and provision. Lord, if it is Your will, guide them safely home and provide them with a new job that will not only meet their needs but also allow them to serve You in the workplace. Help them to trust in You and Your timing. If they have not already put their faith in Jesus Christ, we pray that they would do so now, that their prayers may be heard and that they may be saved through faith in Him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, God is faithful and will provide for His children. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Keep your faith in Jesus Christ, and He will hear your prayers.
