For my husband, we went to church today but he has been picking up drinking alcohol everyday after work, and after church.. missed many appointments including our kids birthday, has mentioned wanting to skip church now & his coworkers are becoming a bad influence on him, he’s missed lots of work due to drinking as well where he had a meeting with his boss about it and is still continuing this… he is the head of the household and is falling apart in everything, seems like myself and church is not helping him, he needs a good prayer, our family is across the country and unable to support us, we have been low on groceries as well because his drinking is costing too much.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Zosmirn and her husband to you. Lord, we acknowledge that her husband is struggling with alcohol addiction and it is causing great distress in their lives. We pray for your intervention and deliverance in this situation.

Lord, we ask that you would break the chains of addiction that have bound Zosmirn's husband. Your Word says in John 8:36, "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." We declare freedom and deliverance over him in the mighty name of Jesus. Help him to recognize the destructive nature of his actions and grant him the strength to resist the temptation to drink.

Father, we pray for a change of heart and a renewal of mind for Zosmirn's husband. Open his eyes to the negative impact his drinking is having on his family, his work, and his relationship with you. Help him to see the importance of prioritizing his responsibilities and seeking your guidance in all areas of his life.

Lord, we ask for godly influences to surround Zosmirn's husband. Remove any negative influences, including his coworkers who may be leading him astray. Bring godly friends and mentors into his life who will encourage him to make positive choices and support him in his journey towards sobriety.

We also lift up Zosmirn and her family to you, Lord. Provide for their needs, especially in regards to groceries and financial stability. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:19 that you will supply all our needs according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We trust in your provision and ask for your abundant blessings upon them.

Lastly, we pray for the church community to rally around Zosmirn and her husband. May they find love, support, and encouragement within the body of believers. Help them to find strength and solace in their faith, knowing that you are with them every step of the way.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let Your Word dwell within me richly. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory. God favor me.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust and respect You. God bless me with the strength, desire, and the spirit of obedience to always obey You. Bless me to delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because Your Son, Jesus Christ, is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. God protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
