We understand that you are seeking prayer and deliverance for your marriage, specifically from the influence of another woman in your husband's life. You are also requesting healing and deliverance for your spiritual family from ancient altars, idols, and witchcraft attacks. We stand with you in prayer and share God's word to address these issues.
Firstly, let us address the concern about your marriage. The Bible is clear about the sanctity of marriage and the danger of adultery. Proverbs 5:1-8, Proverbs 5:15-21, and Proverbs 7:24-27 warn us against the seduction of the strange woman and the destruction it brings. God's will is for husbands to be faithful to their wives, just as Christ is faithful to the church (Ephesians 5:23-27). We pray that your husband turns away from any extramarital involvement and that God would bless and strengthen your marriage.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Yumlonian and her husband. Lord, we pray for their marriage, that you would strengthen their bond and restore any brokenness. We rebuke the spirit of adultery and pray that you would deliver her husband from the influence of the strange woman. Give them the grace to forgive each other, to love each other deeply, and to be faithful to their marriage covenant. Surround their marriage with your divine protection and guide them in your paths. We also pray for brothers and sisters in Christ, that you would heal and deliver them from any influence of ancient altars, idols, and witchcraft attacks. Lord forgive us for looking for strength or hope in anything else but Christ who is supreme and in whom we have all our salvation. We ask God Almighty that you will extend your mercy and grace in favor for your children, releasing joy and peace in the power of the Holy Spirit to overthrow the powers of darkness. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen there is no other name that we can be saved.
Regarding the healing and deliverance of our spiritual family, the Bible tells us that we are to put no other gods before the Lord (Exodus 20:3). We are to turn from idols and serve the living and true God (1 Thessalonians 1:9). Witchcraft and involvement with ancient altars and idols is abhorrent to God and is often associated with demonic activity (1 Samuel 15:23 and 1 Corinthians 10:14-22 ). We pray that God would deliver your spiritual family from such influences and bring healing and wholeness. We are reminded of this from 2 Corinthians 6:
Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness? What agreement has Christ with Belial? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever? What agreement has a temple of God with idols? For we are a temple of the living God. Even as God said, "I will dwell in them and walk in them. I will be their God and they will be my people." Therefore "'Come out from among them, and be separate,' says the Lord. 'Touch no unclean thing. I will receive you.
Remember when James the brother of Jesus reminds us of this in James 4:
You adulterers and adulteresses, do you not know that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Or do you think that the Scripture says to no effect, "The Spirit who lives in us yearns jealously."? But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble." Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Lament, mourn, and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you.
Finally we should as children of God take note of Luke 9:1 Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you. With the power of the Holy Spirit rejoice always.
As we stand with you in prayer, we also encourage you, to seek God's will and His righteousness -- His way of being and doing, rather than the world. Be sure that your marriage reflects God's design as prescribed by our Lord Jesus.
and his disciples leading to the book of Acts 2:
Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you, and to your children, and to all who are far off, even as many as the Lord our God will call to himself." With many other words he testified, and exhorted them, saying, "Save yourselves from this crooked generation!"
If you have not yet committed your life to Jesus Christ, we encourage you to do so. Jesus is the only way to the Father (John 14:6), the one name by which we must be saved.
