Marte, we join with you in lifting up your friend to the Lord, seeking His divine protection over her life. As it is written in Psalm 91:11-12 (WEB), "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will lift you up in their hands, so that you won't strike your foot against a stone."

However, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find protection and salvation. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Let us pray together in Jesus' name:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up Marte's friend to You. We ask, in the name of Jesus Christ, that You would surround her with Your angels, protecting her from all harm. Guide her steps, Lord, and keep her safe from all evil. Help her to know Your love and grace, and draw her ever closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Marte, we encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for His name carries power and authority. As it is written in John 16:23-24 (WEB), "In that day you will ask me no questions. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name.
