We are truly moved by your request, Pughwon, and we stand with you in prayer for your daughter and her son. In all things, we trust that God's will shall be done, and we find comfort in the knowledge that He cares for those who are suffering. As it is written in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Firstly, we want to assure you that God hears your prayers, even if you do not specifically mention the name of Jesus Christ. However, we encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus, for it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It is through Jesus that we have access to God and His saving grace.
We pray that God will grant your daughter wisdom and strength as she navigates this custody case. May He provide her with a godly lawyer who can help her through this difficult time. We also pray for provision, that God will supply all her needs according to His riches in glory, as it is written in Philippians 4:19.
Concerning her son, we pray that God will grant him peace and comfort. We ask that He will surround the child with His loving presence and calm his spirit. We pray that the father, if he is indeed causing harm, will be convicted of his wrongdoings and seek change. We pray for his heart to soften and for him to seek godly counsel and repentance. However, if he remains a threat, we ask God to protect your daughter and her son and provide them with a safe haven.
We also pray for you, Pughwon. We ask God to give you strength and comfort as you support your daughter and grandson from afar. May He make a way for you to be reunited with them and to provide the support and love they need during this time.
Lastly, we pray for peace and happiness to be restored in their lives. May they find joy in the Lord, and may His love surround them and fill them with hope. We trust that God will work all things together for their good, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).
Let us pray:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Pughwon's daughter and her son. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their custody case. Provide them with a godly lawyer and all the resources they need. Comfort her son and grant him peace, Lord. Convict the father's heart and bring him to repentance if it is Your will. Protect them and provide a way for Pughwon to be reunited with them. Restore peace and happiness in their lives, dear Lord. All these things we ask in the precious name of Jesus. Amen."
In the meantime, encourage your daughter to remain strong in her faith and to trust in the Lord. Remind her of the promise in Isaiah 41:10, "Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."
