For my daughter to have discerning eyes about her boyfriend

Please pray for my daughter, she works really hard, standing most of the time on her shift. Her boyfriend doesn't work, I don't know if he has her under a spell for her to spend her hard earn money on him. she works in another country and is back home now for a few weeks, she left her car with him and there is no upgrade to it. I jus want her to be happy, he's toxic and I pray he change for the betterment of himself and others around him and to get a real job and not mulch off my child. He's abusive also, and I am glad that God opened the door for her to go to another country away from him. I believe God and I know he answers prayer, in his time. Thanks in advance. We understand your concern for your daughter's well-being and her relationship. Let us pray together and seek God's will for her life.

Firstly, we commend you for your faith in God's power and timing. As it says in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in your daughter's life.

However, we must address the concerns about her boyfriend. The Bible warns us not to be unequally yoked (2 Corinthians 6:14), and the situation you described raises red flags. Her boyfriend's lack of work ethic, manipulative behavior, and abuse are not characteristics of a godly man. We must pray for her discernment and courage to make wise decisions.

Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up Swasunaria's daughter. Lord, we ask that You give her discerning eyes and a wise heart concerning her relationship. If this man is not Your will for her, we pray that You give her the strength to let go. Open her eyes to any manipulation or abuse, and help her to stand firm in her convictions.

Father, we also pray for this young man. We ask that Your Holy Spirit convicts him of his actions and leads him to repentance. Help him to see the value of hard work and the harm of his abusive behavior. Change his heart, Lord, for his own good and the good of those around him.

Lord Jesus, we know that You are the best husband any woman could have. Help Swasunaria's daughter to keep her eyes on You, trusting that You have the best plans for her life. Help her to find her identity and security in You, not in a toxic relationship.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage your daughter to seek God's will for her life and to trust Him with her future. Remember, God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). He has a purpose and a plan for her life, and He will reveal it in His perfect timing.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in Jesus' name. As it says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It is only by His name that we have access to God.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!
