We are truly saddened to hear about the challenges facing your family, Gwenshea. Let us come together in prayer and seeking God's will for Louis and Marc.
Firstly, we lift up Louis to the Lord. It is written in Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB), "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and donβt forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We pray for Louis' healing, that God's power would manifest in his body, driving out every illness. May the stroke and stage 4 lung cancer be healed in Jesus' name. We pray for comfort and strength for Louis and your family during this time.
For Marc, we pray for deliverance from his addictions. It is clear in 1 Corinthians 6:12 (WEB), "All things are lawful for me, but not all things are expedient. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be mastered by anything." We rebuke the spirits of addiction and bind them in Jesus' name. We ask the Lord to fill Marc with His Holy Spirit, that Marc may find strength and freedom in Christ.
Remember, Gwenshea, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God and be saved (Acts 4:12). So, we pray all these things in Jesus' name, trusting in His power and love.
Let us also encourage you with the words of Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working even in these difficult circumstances.
We urge you all to keep your faith firm, to pray unceasingly, and to seek God's face always. If Marc is not yet committed to Christ, we pray that this trial may lead him to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. If you have not already, share with him the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ's death and resurrection.
