For me to go to my old department

Please pray for me as I was moved to a new department without being asked. My coworkers and I have been devastated because the structure is completely destroyed after leaving. I did not want to move to this new department. I was told this is temporary until we got someone new, But it’s taking longer than hoped to get someone new. My coworkers are losing hope but I don’t want to lose hope as I was promised this was temporary. I am falling into a deep depression. In Jesus name, please pray for Him to open up and soften the hearts of HR so that things can move quicker. I want to believe their promise, but I have so much anxiety and have no motivation to do anything. I am so heartbroken and devastated. Thank you

Firstly, we want to commend you for ending your request in Jesus' name. It's crucial to remember that Jesus is our mediator, and it's through His name that we have access to God's throne. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

In times of anxiety and depression, it's essential to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). We pray that God's peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).

We pray that God will soften and open the hearts of HR, that they may expedite the process of finding a replacement, allowing you to return to your old department swiftly. We claim the promise in Psalm 37:5 (WEB), "Commit your way to the LORD. Trust also in him, and he will do this."

However, we also encourage you to find peace and purpose in your current situation. God might have placed you in this new department for a reason. Remain open to His plan and seek His will. As it is written in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

We rebuke the spirits of anxiety, depression, and hopelessness in your life. Stand firm in faith, and do not lose hope. Remember the promise given to you and trust that God is working behind the scenes.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Relwen. Lord, we ask that You comfort and strengthen them in this trying time. Soften and open the hearts of those in HR, that they may act swiftly in finding a replacement. Help Relwen to cast all their anxieties upon You and fill them with Your peace. Give them the motivation and strength to continue in their work. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to trust in God, Relwen. He is faithful, and He will see you through this challenging time. Keep holding on to His promises.
