Dear Lord, we come before You today to lift up Jeramy and his family in prayer. We thank You for their faith and trust in You, as evidenced by their prayer in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we address the issue of depression. We pray that the spirit of heaviness would lift, and that You, Lord, would replace it with a garment of praise (Isaiah 61:3, WEB). Grant Jeramy and his family the courage and wisdom they need to navigate through this season. Remind them of Your promise: "I will never leave you, nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5, WEB).
As they prepare to move to Virginia, we ask for Your divine guidance. Grant them strength for the journey and the process. We stand against any hindrance or delay, including COVID-19, and claim Your protection over them according to Psalm 91 (WEB).
Lord, we ask that You dispatch Your angels to guard and guide them, especially during their long flights with their infant. We rebuke any spirit of fear and declare that Your perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18, WEB).
We agree with them as they ask for grace, favor, and miracles. We claim Your promise that as they delight themselves in You, You will give them the desires of their heart (Psalm 37:4, WEB).
Finally, we thank You, Lord, that You know more than we do. We surrender this family into Your capable hands. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, for it is in His name alone that we have access to You, Father (John 14:6, WEB). Amen.
Jeramy and family, be encouraged. God hears your prayers. He promises to answer when we call on Him: "Call to me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you don't know" (Jeremiah 33:3, WEB). Keep trusting in Him.
