We are lifting up your mother-in-law in prayer, pleading for her total restoration and healing. It's important to remember that God is the ultimate healer, and it is by the stripes of Jesus that we are healed. We should pray this in Jesus name as it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Let's bring her before the throne of grace in Jesus name.
Firstly, let's remember God's word in Isaiah 53:5 WEB: "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." This is our foundational hope for her healing. Also, God may be presenting himself to her and her family through this time. 2 Cor 1:4 WEB: "who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God." We pray that God uses this as an opportunity to present himself to everyone involved in her life and her situation.
Let's pray:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your healing touch for our beloved mother-in-law. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to restore her health. We pray that Your healing power would flow through her body, stabilizing her blood pressure and bringing complete restoration. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or death and command it to flee as per Matthew 16:19, Isaiah 53:4 and 3 John 1:2.
We also pray for the medical team attending to her, that You would guide their hands and give them wisdom in their decisions. We ask for Your peace to fill the hearts of our family during this time, knowing that You are in control, as per Phil 4:7.
Lord, use this situation to draw our family closer to You. Help us to trust in You completely and to be a light to those around us. Remind us of our hope in Jesus Christ and the salvation He bought us on the cross. We love you Jesus and we thank you for your work on the cross. We thank you that by your stripes we are healed of all things.
We ask all this in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God hears our prayers and that He is faithful to act according to His will. Trust in Him, and may His peace be with you and your family during this time. Remember the words of Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
