We understand your concern and frustration regarding your ###'s behavior and health. Let's first address the immediate need for healing and then discuss the behavioral issues from a biblical perspective.
Jesus said, I am the way, the truth and the life: no man comes unto the Father but by me. In that there is no other name under heaven, given among men, whereby we must be saved. For, who is God, save the Lord? And who is a rock, save our God? Therefore, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Only God can forgive sin and only by our belief and trust in Jesus Christ and his death and resurrection can we be saved from the consequences of our sin. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved, and your house.
So, let us pray together for your ###.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up our ###. We pray for your healing touch upon him. You said in your Word, But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. We claim this promise for our ###. Please heal him from his sickness and help him to eat properly. Give us wisdom to guide him in the right path. In Jesus' name, we pray for deliverance from any addiction to television and for a renewed spirit of obedience and respect. Help us to be patient and loving as we guide him. Help us to be the example of You as parents. We pray in Jesus Name.
Regarding his behavior, it's crucial to teach him biblical principles. The Bible says, Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honor your father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise. It is important to teach him that obedience to parents is not just a familial duty, but a biblical commandment with a promise.
Moreover, it is essential to help him understand the value of time and the importance of physical activity. Bodily exercise profits little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. This is not to condemn physical exercise, but to prioritize godliness. Encourage him to engage in activities that are beneficial both physically and spiritually.
To address his TV addiction, consider setting specific times for watching TV and introduce other engaging activities during his free time. Be an example of this to him. Also, explain to him the importance of self-control and remind him of the fruits of the Spirit. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Remember, training a child involves consistent effort and patience. With these fathers are not to provoke your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Be consistent in your instructions and always show him the love of Christ.
We are here with you in prayers and believe that God will intervene in your ###'s life. Trust in God, and keep your faith strong. For we walk by faith, not by sight.
