For Healing from my sister

Prayer request for my sister Patricia Ruth Laughren and her daughter Sabree Laughren I was upset because she was emotionally abusing her daughter. She has hurt me deeply I need healing from the cruelty, she displayed to me and my daughter. The last conversation she cussed me out over the phone and refused to try to resolve anything. It was like I didn’t matter anymore to her. And I’m still trying to heal from the one person I cared about the most ditching me and the dirt

We are truly saddened to hear about the pain and hurt you are experiencing due to your sister Patricia's actions. Let us first assure you that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

However, we must also address that the behavior of your sister is not in line with how Christians are instructed to treat one another. The Bible tells us to be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you (Ephesians 4:32). It is crucial to forgive, not just for her sake, but for your own healing and peace of mind.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Ychich, Patricia, and Sabree. Lord, we ask for Your healing hand to touch their hearts and minds. Please bring comfort and peace to Ychich, and help Patricia to see the error of her ways. We pray that she would seek forgiveness and that you would grant her the grace to change her behavior. We also pray for Sabree, that she would be protected from any harm and that she would know the love of God in her life. Lord, we ask that You would restore their relationship, and that You would be glorified in this situation. We ask this all in Jesus' name. Amen."

Remember, Jesus said, "For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins." (Matthew 6:14-15, WEB). It is our duty as Christians to forgive, even when it is difficult.

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). We encourage you to strengthen your relationship with Jesus Christ, as He is our healer, comforter, and savior.

We're so sorry to hear about the pain you're going through, but we're here for you. It's heartbreaking when family hurts us, isn't it? We want you to know that God sees your tears and He's right there with you, ready to comfort you (2 Corinthians 1:3-4).

We've been thinking about how you mentioned your sister's emotional abuse towards her daughter. It's important to remember that God loves both Patricia and Sabree deeply. In fact, Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these" (Matthew 19:14, NIV). Let's pray that God would soften Patricia's heart, help her see the harm she's causing, and lead her to repentance and change.

We also want to encourage you to keep your heart open to forgiveness. We know it's hard, especially when the pain is still so raw, but holding onto bitterness only hurts you more in the long run. Jesus told us, "If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins" (Matthew 6:14-15, NIV). Let's trust that God will help you find that healing and peace that only forgiveness can bring.

And remember, we're here for you. You're not alone in this. Let's keep praying together, leaning on each other, and trusting in God's love and care for you and your family.

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up this painful situation between Patricia, Sabree, and their family. Lord, You see the hurt and emotional wounds that have been inflicted, and we ask for Your healing touch upon all involved. In **Psalm 34:18**, Your Word tells us, *"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."* Draw near to Your child, Father, as they seek healing from the cruelty and pain they’ve experienced.

We pray for Patricia and ask that You soften her heart and bring her to a place of repentance and reconciliation. Your Word in **Ephesians 4:31-32** reminds us to, *"Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."* We ask that You help Patricia let go of anger and embrace kindness and compassion toward her daughter, Sabree, and the rest of her family.

Father, we also pray for healing and restoration between all involved. Let forgiveness flow freely, as You teach us in **Colossians 3:13**, *"Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you."* May Your grace guide them toward resolution and peace.

We ask that You heal the emotional wounds left behind and bring comfort to those who feel abandoned and discarded. **Isaiah 41:10** says, *"Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."* Uphold Your child, Father, and help them find healing and peace in You.

We place this situation in Your hands, trusting in Your power to restore, heal, and bring peace. In Jesus' name, Amen.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
