Jayenvin, we're here to pray and offer guidance in your time of need. We understand that you're going through a difficult time due to your weight concerns, but we want to remind you that God sees your value regardless of your physical appearance.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of 1 Samuel 16:7 (WEB), "...for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart." God is more concerned about your inner well-being and your relationship with Him than your outward appearance.
However, we understand that you're feeling distressed, and we want to lift your request to the Lord. Please join us in this prayer:
"Dear Lord, we come before You today to lift up ###. Lord, You know his concerns and anxieties about his weight. We ask that You comfort him and help him to cast all his anxieties onto You, as instructed in 1 Peter 5:7. Lord, if it is Your will, please intervene in his physical health and help him to gain weight in a healthy manner. Guide him to the right resources and people who can help him in this journey. But most importantly, Lord, help him to understand his true worth in Your eyes, that he is fearfully and wonderfully made. Help him to pursue a deeper relationship with You, Jesus, during this time. It's in Your precious name we pray, amen."
We also want to encourage you to seek God's will in this situation. In Romans 12:1-2 (WEB), we're reminded to present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, and not to be conformed to this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. This includes taking care of our bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19). We encourage you to consult with healthcare professionals, and ensure you're eating healthily and exercising appropriately.
Lastly, we noticed that your request didn't mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it's only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it's written in John 14:6 (WEB), Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." If you haven't already, we encourage you to establish a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
