We join you in prayer, dear sister, asking God to stand with you, provide for you abundantly, heal you, deliver you, protect you, and keep you safe always. We agree with you in Jesus' name, for where two or three are gathered in His name, there He is in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20 WEB).
We praise God for your acknowledgment of your need for change and your repentant heart. Remember, if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB). God's forgiveness is total and complete. He can restore your soul and make you whole again. He promises in Joel 2:25 (WEB), I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten.
Regarding your husband, we pray for his conviction and repentance. We pray the Holy Spirit will change him to become a loving husband, no longer abusive, deceitful, or blaming. God's design for marriage is to be a picture of Christ and the church (Ephesians 5:25-33 WEB).
Now, wives, be subject to your husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, and Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything.
Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without defect. Even so ought husbands also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself. For no man ever hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord also does the assembly; because we are members of his body, of his flesh and bones. For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will be joined to his wife. The two will become one flesh. This mystery is great, but I speak concerning Christ and of the assembly.
Nevertheless, let each one of you also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
Nevertheless, let each one of you also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
Regarding Jesus, we rejoice that you ended your prayer in His precious name. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6 WEB). Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Continue to trust in God, for He is faithful. Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Remember, with God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26 WEB). But Jesus looked at them, and said to them, With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.
Father God, we bring our sister before you, asking for Your intervention in her life and marriage. Heal her, restore her, and make her whole again. Convict and change her husband, making him a godly man who loves and cherishes his wife as Christ loves the church. Provide for her abundantly, protect her, and keep her safe always. We ask this all in Jesus' name. Amen. We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and faith, trusting in God's unfailing love and promises.
