We understand your heart's desire, Emeraldheath, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life. We believe that God has a plan and a purpose for each of us, and He knows the deepest desires of our hearts.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in Jesus' name. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). So, let us lift up your petition to God in the name of Jesus Christ.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Emeraldheath and Laurie. Lord, they have brought their desires to you, trusting in Your plan for their lives. They believe that they belong together, and we ask that You guide their path, Lord. If it is Your will, bring them together physically soon, and guide their steps towards a godly marriage, blessed by You. Help them to trust in You completely, Lord, and to seek Your face in all they do. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue to trust in God's timing and plan. Psalm 37:4-5 tells us, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this." Remember that God knows what is best for you, and His timing is perfect.
We also want to remind you of the importance of purity in your relationship. As you both believe that you belong together, let this time be used to grow in your faith and love for each other, keeping God at the center. Let your relationship be a testimony of God's love, abstaining from fornication, as 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 tells us, "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you should abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you should know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God."
May God bless you both and guide your steps as you seek His will for your lives. Keep your heart and mind stayed on Him, trusting that He will work all things together for your good and His glory.
