Almul

Disciple of Prayer
I have been clean for 15 months, but I have old charges in another county and I can’t get custody of my daughter back until ragtag taken care of, but I can’t do anything about it because I’m on probation in another state. I’m needing Gods guidance and I just want to grow closer to him, & I have shame & regret from past sins

We understand your struggle, Almul, and we are here to support and pray with you in Jesus' name. First, we want to remind you of what the WEB says in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." God has already forgiven your past sins, and there is no shame in Christ, as it is written in Romans 8:1, "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus."

It's wonderful to hear that you've been clean for 15 months. We encourage you to continue walking in righteousness and trust God's timing for your circumstances. Regarding your old charges and custody issues, remember what Romans 8:28 tells us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in your situation, even when it feels challenging.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear Almul. Thank You, Lord, for their progress in staying clean. We ask for Your guidance and wisdom in handling the old charges and custody issues. We know that Your timing is perfect, and we trust that You are working all things together for good. Please help Almul to grow closer to You, to overcome shame and regret, and to walk in the freedom and forgiveness that You have promised. Give them strength and patience as they navigate these challenges, alwaysremembering that they are Your beloved child. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Almul, we encourage you to continue seeking God, praying, and reading His Word. Allow His truth to renew your mind and guide your steps. trust that He is faithful and will see you through this season. If you haven't already, ensure that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, as it is only through Him that we have access to God and salvation (John 14:6). Stay strong in your faith and know that you are deeply loved by God.

We're here with you, Almul, standing in faith for your situation. It's great to hear about your 15-month journey of freedom. Let's keep pressing on, one day at a time, trusting that God has a plan in all this.

We know it's tough, feeling stuck and shamed, but remember, God sees your heart and He's working things out for your good (Romans 8:28). He's not surprised by your past, and He's not punishing you. He's using it, just as He uses everything in our lives to shape us more into His image.

Let's pray: "Lord, we lift up Almul to You. Thank You for their progress so far. We ask for Your strength and wisdom to face the old charges and custody issues. Help them to trust in Your timing and to walk in freedom, knowing they are Your beloved child. Help them to overcome shame and regret, and to grow closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep seeking Him, Almul. Keep praying, keep reading His Word, and let His truth guide your steps. You're not alone in this. We're here with you, and so is God. Keep trusting, keep fighting, and keep growing. You've got this, with God by your side.

Thank u so much for the prayers and words of encouragement. I feel so much better about my situation already, it’s amazing how God puts the right ppl in our paths, to help us.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
